What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept online credit card payments using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.
 

Do I have to pay sales tax?

You only pay sales tax if the "ship to" address is in Texas.
 

Do you ship to addresses outside the US?

No, we currently are only able to ship orders to the contiguous United States.

For delivery addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and APO/FPO addresses, USPS Priority Mail is available.

Due to the weight or size of some products, USPS Priority Mail is not available. We will notify you if this is the case.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Processing time varies, but it usually takes 2-3 business days (unless otherwise noted on the product's page).

We do not offer next day services. Actual shipping times depend on the following: current volume of orders, destination location, shipping method available from the supplier, and unforeseen factors such as weather delays or natural disasters.

Orders are usually shipped by United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS Ground and typically arrive in 5-10 days.

How much is shipping?

Unless otherwise noted, shipping is free to states in the contiguous United States.

For delivery addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and APO/FPO addresses, USPS Priority Mail is available.

When will my order ship?

You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information, if available, within 1-2 days of shipment.

If, within 4 days of placing your order, you have not received an email notifying you that your order has shipped, you can contact us at contact@plumperfecthome.com to check on your order.
