Refund Policy

If you change your mind

To qualify for a refund, product must be in brand new condition, unused and in its original packaging.

For returns due to you changing your mind, a 20% restocking fee will be charged.

Please note that return shipping and handling fees are your responsibility.

Request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by emailing contact@plumperfecthome.com. Your order or invoice number is required.

We will provide the correct address for your return when we provide your RA#. Packages that are returned unauthorized or to an unauthorized location will be refused.

We must RECEIVE the package within 28 days from purchase date. Please plan accordingly to allow time for packaging, shipping, and weekend or holiday delays.

Refunds (minus the 20% restocking fee) are only issued once the merchandise is received, inspected, and deemed to be in new, unused condition.

Pack your shipments well, merchandise damaged from inadequate packaging is non-refundable.

Shipping is non-refundable.

Actual product color may vary slightly as viewed on different monitors and browsers. Refunds are not honored on slight color variations.

 

If you received the wrong item

Please contact us immediately at contact@plumperfecthome.com if you have received the wrong item.

If you received a damaged item

DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

We do not have control of the package handlers. Packages can be damaged. Inspect your merchandise upon arrival.

If the package shows signs of damage, take photos of the box before opening.

Damaged and/or missing item claims will not be honored if reported past 10 days of delivery.

Claims must be submitted in writing and are processed once per order.

A photo of the damaged item is required. Contact us at contact@plumperfecthome.com to report the damaged item.

We cannot replace or refund items more than once per order and submitting additional claims will result in denial.

Claims are processed within 3 business days.

 

Will I get a refund for shipping?

For returns due to you changing your mind, you are responsible for shipping costs.

For returns due to items arriving damaged, shipping costs will be refunded.

For returns due receiving the wrong item, shipping costs will be refunded.

If a refund for shipping is granted, it will be issued as a refund to the credit card used at time of purchase.

No refunds for shipping charges will be issued if the order qualified for free shipping and no shipping was charged.

     

    When will a credit appear on my account?

    Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we process your return.
